Meet Sarah From Sarah Bakes Gluten Free Treats

Happy Fall! I'm so happy to be here on Gluten Free Baking By Rachelle, sharing my most favorite fall recipes. My name is Sarah and I'm the baker/blogger over at Sarah Bakes Gluten Free Treats. I have loved baking for as long as I can remember and for the past 5 years, I have been baking 100% gluten free. My husband has celiac disease and both my son and I have a gluten intolerence  Most of my baking is also dairy and egg free. It was quite the adventure, learning how to transition over to gluten free baking. Now I have a passion for sharing delicious gluten free recipes with others so that they can also have the confidence to bake again.

Fall is my favorite season. The perfect weather, the changing of the leaves, holidays spent with family and being thankful for life's many blessing. It's just a beautiful time of year. I think you're really going to enjoy the recipes that I've picked out to share with today. All with the flavors of fall, all equally delicious. My sweet treats are gluten, egg and dairy free so they are also great for those with multiple food allergies. Each recipe features Sarah's gluten free flour blend, a staple in my pantry. Perfect for all of your gluten free holiday baking needs!

If you know me, you know that I love all things pumpkin. I'm a little obsessed and I'm ok with that. My most beloved pumpkin dessert would have to be the classic pumpkin pie. Flakey, buttery crust with a creamy pumpkin spice filling. I took the classic and made it gluten, dairy and egg free. It's just as yummy as the original!

I'm a bundt cake kind of girl. They are so easy to make and are always a show stopper at any event. Who can resist a stunning bundt cake? They couldn't be easier to make. Just mix, bake, frost. This gluten free vegan apple cranberry bundt cake has all the holiday flavors we love. Sugar, spice and everything nice!

These cinnamon roll sugar cookies aren't just any ordinary sugar cookies. With a cinnamon-sugar swirl going through them and a drizzle of vanilla glaze. They are also award-winning! Yep, they are that tasty. The glorious flavors of a cinnamon roll, wrapped up into a tiny sugar cookie.

I'm a sucker for cute desserts. Anything bite-size, mini or hand-held. Like these adorable apple hand pies. Buttery crust, filled with a sweet apple cinnamon filling. Apple pie just warms the soul. It also makes your heart happy when you can pick it up and eat it on the go.

Lastly, I'm sharing my most requested and most loved cupcake recipe. The pumpkin spice cupcakes that no one should live without. Even those who aren't as big of a pumpkin fanatic as I am, go totally crazy for these cupcakes. Oh so moist with the perfect amount of spice. A great dessert to serve at your next holiday party. Go on and share the pumpkin love with your family and friends!
