A Collection Of Favorite Recipes 2013

I just want to say thank you to everyone for my half of a year of blogging it sure has been an adventure to say the least, I have learned so much and yet have so much farther to go.  I have had some awesome support from my long time friend Serena from Serena Bakes Simply From Scratch, she is not only my friend but I consider her family and love her dearly.
I have to say that this has been one heck of a year and I have been through many challenging things this year.  I certainly hope this new year will bring a plethora of new and exciting recipes for you all to enjoy, so for now here is my top 8 favorite recipes this year.

My Gluten Free Go To Tools

Gluten free cooking and baking can be very tricky and challenging and through trial and error you will find your go to tools that you will use on a consistent basis while your cooking and baking which will help you find that balance. I certainly have found mine and could not even imagine not having some of these very basic tools in my kitchen, I have so many more but for now I will give you my basic set of my very favorite go to tools and as you read through some of my recipes you will now know what I use so that you can use the same or something similar to be able to follow the recipe with the same results.

Gluten-free Pumpkin Bread

Gluten-free Pumpkin Bread

Recipe by Gluten Free Baking By Rachelle (Rachelle Himmelman)

This is my most favorite time of the year to bake, the weather is just starting to turn colder, leaves are changing, and the days are getting grayer. I find that I like to light some candles put on some soothing music and bake. The smell of fall is in the air and especially in my kitchen where I have been using many types of spices for my Gluten-free Pumpkin Bread. This is a true favorite in our home. Perfect for a snack, dessert, lunches, or just because you feel like it. I find nothing better than getting a sugar pumpkin at our local farmers market coming home seeding it, washing the seeds, and roasting the pumpkin for the best tasting pumpkin puree in town.
