Baker Discovers World Without Gluten:

I had so much fun doing this interview with the Skagit Valley Herald.  I love cooking and baking and when I was diagnosed with Celiac I was in such an utter loss of what to do, after countless hours of research and learning how to gluten free bake I have finally found my niche.  I have discovered this niche through trial and error and realized I just couldn't give up although there was times I really did want to give up.  I find it very important to tell people that you need to keep plugging away until you find that happy place for yourself.

I really hope to publish a cookbook one day for everyone to enjoy!
