Gluten free Vegan Brownies with Chocolate Chips

Gluten free Vegan Brownies with Chocolate Chips

Recipe by Gluten Free Baking By Rachelle (Rachelle Himmelman)

Chocolate, what shall we say about chocolate? Let's just conclude that chocolate is amazing.

How many times have you been to the store and walked down the baking isle and your browsing
all the cake, cookie, cookie bar, and brownie mixes? I have many times (before I was gluten free) I perhaps in a pinch would buy a boxed brownie mix, that was many years ago.  Now with being gluten free, dairy free, and egg free, I have been forced to change my ways of eating.
Food is so different now a days and with more people being diagnosed with food allergies it is forcing people to change the way that they eat.  I think people and even myself got really frightened
of the change that came my way when I was diagnosed.  I believe the way I eat now that I'm healthier, but also enjoy the treats on such a different level knowing that my stomach feels better and I'm not doubled over in pain.  These brownies are fantastic, not only fantastic but they are made with everyday ingredients that you have in the pantry already, I mean nothing fancy and take only about 10 minutes to whip up.  Now you don't have to go to the store to pick up that quick box of brownie mix because you already have everything you need in the pantry and you know exactly whats in this mix.
