Gluten free Vegan Brownies with Peanut Butter Frosting
This is a perfect dessert for Labor Day weekend, make it ahead of time and refrigerate until your ready to go. I find these brownies are very, very good cold, I mean they are good both ways for sure but I REALLY like them cold. I will be making these again after the holiday as well for the kids and
husband to have in their lunches. I find these brownies are a great traveling dessert as they don't crumble and the frosting does not become to sticky. Enjoy!
