To Die For Gluten-free Dairy-free Fudgy Brownies
To die for gluten-free dairy-free fudgy Brownies are wonderful for any occasion, very rich, fudgy, and will satisfy any chocolate craving you may be having. I'm a sucker for these brownies, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups dark chocolate chips (dairy free-gluten free)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup dairy free butter(earth balance)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla
- 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour (jules)
- 2 tablespoons gluten free all purpose flour (jules)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 325 F and grease a 8x11.5 pan
- In double boiler heat sugar, butter, chocolate morsels, and water on medium to low heat stirring constantly until melted. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time until well blended. At this time add vanilla, flour and salt, being careful not to over mix, pour into baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
